The short version: The Choicer Voicer is a local party game. One copy, one machine, one mic, and players taking turns performing while everyone else watches and the judges score. There is no online mode in the game itself, and we would rather tell you that plainly than sell you a workaround that does not exist.
This is what the game is built for. Put it on the biggest screen you have, get one microphone working properly, and pass it around: one person performs a clip at a time, the panel scores it, and the next player goes. Install a few packs beforehand so you are not browsing folders with an audience — the most downloaded packs are a safe opening set, and Dub Mode gives the room something to watch between turns.
If the game records silence when someone performs, that is the well-known microphone bug rather than anything you did. Fix it before the party, not during it — our mic guide has the steps.
Online play exists, but only as a community mod, not as a feature of the game. The Multiplayer Online Co-op Mod lets two to four players join from their own PCs, each recording on their own mic, with one person hosting and clicking through the dialogue and the scoring resolved in one place. It works for the normal game show and for Dub Mode.
Two things worth being clear about. It is unofficial and community-maintained, so it is not covered by the developer's support and it can break when the game updates. And it ships no game files: it patches the copy you already own, which means everyone playing still needs to have bought the game.
There is a third option that skips live play entirely. The Dub Renderer and Co-op Dub Tool turns your saved recordings into a finished video, and its co-op mode lets several people record different lines from the same dub on their own time and combine them into one result. Nothing about the game is modified. It suits a group that cannot get everyone online at once.
Anything beyond the above is worth checking against the official manual, which is the authority on what the current version does. If you came here looking for a browser version to play with friends, there is not one, and the sites claiming otherwise are not what they look like.
