VoicerPacks collects as little as it can while still working. This page lists everything we collect, why, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

Account data. Your email address and a password hash when you create an account, plus the profile details you choose to add (display name, bio, links).
Your uploads. The packs, images, and text you publish, associated with your account.
Download statistics. When a pack is downloaded we record a hashed IP address so we can count unique downloads without storing who you are. We cannot reverse the hash back into your IP.
Product analytics. We use PostHog to understand which features get used and where the site breaks. If your browser sends a Do-Not-Track signal, analytics are disabled for you. In the EU/EEA, UK and Switzerland, analytics only runs after you accept it in the cookie banner; you can change your choice any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.

What we never do

We never sell or rent your data to anyone.
We do not share your email except as required to operate the service (e.g. sending you a password reset) or by law.

We may show a small number of ads to help pay for hosting. Our ad partner may use cookies to personalize which ads you see. We keep it simple: no popups, no autoplay video, and never fake download buttons, ad or otherwise.

Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in, analytics cookies for the PostHog product analytics described above, and (on pages that show an ad) a cookie from our ad partner as described in Ads above. That is the full list.

Data deletion

Deleting your account removes your account data and takes your uploads down from the site. Residual copies may persist briefly in routine backups before expiring. You can also email us to request deletion of specific data, and we will handle it promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top of this page and make reasonable efforts to notify account holders.
