These terms govern your use of VoicerPacks. They are written in plain English on purpose. By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Accounts

You need an account to upload packs, comment, or build collections. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide a working email address. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms or the community rules. You can delete your account at any time.

2. Acceptable use

Use the site for what it is: sharing and discovering content packs for The Choicer Voicer. Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at abusive rates, or gain unauthorized access to the site or other users' accounts. Do not impersonate other people or misrepresent the origin of content you upload.

3. Your content and the license you grant us

You keep ownership of everything you upload. We claim no ownership over your packs, descriptions, images, or comments. So that the site can function, you grant VoicerPacks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your uploaded content on and through the site, including generating previews and thumbnails. This license exists solely to operate the service and ends for a given item when you delete it, except for copies in routine backups and content others have already downloaded. By uploading, you confirm you have the necessary rights to share the content and to grant this license.

4. Prohibited content

Do not upload or link to:

• The Choicer Voicer itself, in whole or in part: game binaries, cracked or repackaged copies, or anything that substitutes for buying the game.
• Malware, or files designed to damage or compromise other people's systems.
• Content that is illegal where you or we operate.
• Content you do not have the rights to share, including other creators' packs re-uploaded without permission.
• Content that violates the community rules.

5. Moderation and takedowns

We may remove content, refuse uploads, or restrict accounts at our discretion when we believe these terms, the community rules, or the law are being violated. Uploaded packs pass through automated validation and may be reviewed by moderators. Copyright holders can request removal of infringing content through our DMCA / takedown process; repeat infringers lose their accounts.

6. Third-party content and links

Some listings link to packs hosted on other sites (itch.io, GameBanana, and others). We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. VoicerPacks is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by YeahMaybe.

7. No warranty

The site and everything on it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Community-made packs are exactly that: community-made. We validate their structure but cannot guarantee any pack is fit for your purpose or free of problems. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the site or of content downloaded through it.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and make reasonable efforts to notify active users. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
