How do I install a Choicer Voicer host pack?

Unzip the download and drop the folder into the game's pack directory, then restart The Choicer Voicer so it picks up the new folder. Keep each pack in its own folder, and do not rename the files inside it, because the game matches them by name.

Are these packs free?

Yes. Every pack listed here is free and community made. Packs hosted on VoicerPacks are checked against the real pack format before they go live, and external listings link straight to the creator's own page so they keep the credit and the download count.

Which version of the game do these work with?
